About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring certified and non-certified caregivers, including CNA/HHA, to support seniors living safely and comfortably at home throughout Cape Cod. Caregivers must be able to travel within Falmouth and surrounding towns, including Wareham, Centerville, Sandwich, Yarmouth, and Mashpee. The position may suit people seeking flexible weekend work or a meaningful second job. Caregivers provide practical assistance, personal care, and companionship while supporting clients’ daily needs and responding responsibly to emergencies.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, respectful, and dependable.
• Communicate clearly in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Have strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to health and safety standards.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within Falmouth and nearby Cape Cod towns.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping.
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
• Remind or assist clients with medication.
• Plan and prepare meals, with or without client involvement.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and activities of daily living.
• Offer companionship through conversation and engagement.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Report unusual changes or incidents.
