Caregivers and CNAs Wanted – Flexible Shifts near Berwyn, PA
About The Position
Visiting Angels of Main Line is hiring compassionate and reliable Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and Direct Care Professionals to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, and surrounding Main Line communities. Caregivers help seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes. The employer offers a variety of assignments and works to match caregivers with available cases based on experience, location, and scheduling preferences. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Compensation is $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, shift, and case requirements. Applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Be comfortable assisting seniors with personal care.
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Be able to complete required TB testing and employment screenings.
- Communicate effectively and work independently.
- Provide proof of vaccination.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Communicate with families and office staff regarding client needs.
