Caregivers and CNAs Wanted – Flexible Shifts in Sharon Hill, PA
About The Position
Visiting Angels of Main Line is hiring caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Direct Care Professionals to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Sharon Hill and surrounding Delaware County communities. Scheduling options vary based on client needs and include morning and daytime, afternoon and evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities. The organization aims to match qualified caregivers with cases suited to their experience, location, and availability. Caregivers help seniors with everyday activities so they can remain safe and independent. Compensation is $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, shift, and case requirements; premium rates may apply to qualifying assignments. Applicants must provide proof of vaccination.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience; two or more years is preferred.
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts.
- Have experience assisting seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Be comfortable caring for both male and female clients.
- Be able to work independently in clients' homes.
- Be comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
- Be able to complete required TB and employment screenings.
- Provide proof of vaccination.

- Bilingual communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle may provide access to additional case opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and support clients' daily routines.
- Help with mobility and transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands.
- Observe and communicate changes in client needs.
