About The Position
As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you provide hands-on support to residents while building meaningful relationships and helping improve their quality of life. The role focuses on promoting residents’ safety, dignity, and independence while supporting their personal care and daily routines. In Memory Care, you help create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Sunrise offers paid training and career growth opportunities, along with benefits and other compensation. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
