About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care Northern Summit is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide support, companionship, and quality care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling opportunities throughout Northern Summit County, with a variety of shift options to accommodate different needs, whether you are looking for shorter shifts, longer shifts, consistent weekly hours, or a schedule that works around personal commitments. This role is rewarding and your work will be truly appreciated.

Requirements

A caring attitude and genuine desire to help others
Reliability and professionalism
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
Strong communication skills
Ability to safely assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
Reliable transportation
Must be 21 + years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients
