About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring all levels of caregivers for short, local shifts in Brookline. These shifts are designed to fit into your existing schedule, whether you have classes, children, another job, or other life commitments. The roles involve 2-3 hour visits with seniors, including mid-day check-ins for meals and light tidying, or early evening visits to help prepare for the night. Caregivers choose their availability, and the agency helps turn those windows into meaningful work.

Requirements

• HHAs, CNAs, PCAs, LNAs looking to break out of long facility shifts.
• Homemakers and companions who love making spaces feel comfortable.
• New caregivers with heart - we'll train you into the role.
• If you can show up reliably, follow a care plan, and treat people kindly, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly, regular face who checks in and brightens the day.
• Help with simple personal care like bathing, dressing, or grooming.
• Prep easy meals, put on a fresh pot of coffee, and tidy as you go.
• Toss in a load of laundry, wash a few dishes, or take out the trash.
• Run a quick pharmacy or grocery errand, offer medication reminders, and keep an eye on safety.
