About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services in Brookline is hiring all levels of caregivers for short, local shifts that can fit into flexible schedules. The roles involve providing companionship, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, and offering medication reminders.
Requirements
- Ability to show up reliably.
- Ability to follow a care plan.
- Ability to treat people kindly.
- HHAs, CNAs, PCAs, LNAs
- Homemakers and companions
- New caregivers (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Be a friendly, regular face who checks in and brightens the day.
- Help with simple personal care like bathing, dressing, or grooming.
- Prep easy meals, put on a fresh pot of coffee, and tidy as you go.
- Toss in a load of laundry, wash a few dishes, or take out the trash.
- Run a quick pharmacy or grocery errand, offer medication reminders, and keep an eye on safety.
