About The Position

Senior Helpers of Lake Country is seeking passionate Part-Time Caregivers (10-29 hours) to join their mission-driven team. This veteran- and woman-owned business, a franchisee of Senior Helpers®, provides in-home senior care services ranging from specialized chronic disease care to companion services for daily activities. The company's mission is to improve the quality of life for clients, their families, and employees. Caregivers are the heart of the mission, providing compassionate in-home assistance, essential care, and genuine companionship to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, or bathing, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing companionship through shared hobbies or social events. Every task supports the client's independence and well-being.

Requirements

Caregiver experience, such as Certified Nursing Assistant.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable work ethic.
Proven ability to provide high-quality non-medical companion care rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect for every individual.
Valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

Experience with in-home care preferred but we will consider training the right person.
