About The Position

Senior Helpers of Lake Country is seeking passionate Part-Time Caregivers (10-29 hours) to join their mission-driven team. This role involves providing compassionate, in-home assistance to seniors, enhancing their lives by offering essential care and genuine companionship. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position requires thoughtfully matching caregivers with clients to ensure the best possible fit, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, or bathing, and potentially helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, or providing companionship through shared hobbies, games, or social events. Every task supports the client's independence and well-being.

Requirements

Caregiver experience, such as Certified Nursing Assistant.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable work ethic.
Proven ability to provide high-quality non-medical companion care rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect for every individual.
Valid Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings.

Nice To Haves

Experience with in-home care preferred but we will consider training the right person.
