About The Position

Caring Senior Service is urgently hiring multilingual caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs in Sugar Land, Fulshear, and surrounding areas. The role provides compassionate care to seniors, with caregivers matched with clients based on language and cultural needs whenever possible. Bilingual caregivers communicate with clients in their preferred language to help them feel understood, comfortable, and connected, while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

The position offers part-time and PRN opportunities, flexible scheduling, and day, night, overnight, and weekend availability. Pay is $13–$15 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. Caregiving experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Arabic, or other languages as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Meet applicable background-check requirements.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is preferred; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
• Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Help ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate with clients in their preferred language.
