About The Position

Caring Senior Service is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs in Sugar Land, Fulshear, and surrounding areas. The role provides companionship and personal care to seniors, with caregivers matched with clients based on language and cultural needs whenever possible. Candidates fluent in Urdu, Hindi, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Arabic, or other needed languages can help clients feel understood and connected through communication and personal relationships. Caregiving experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate. Opportunities include part-time and PRN schedules, with days, nights, overnights, and weekends available. Pay is $13–$15 per hour, with bi-weekly pay.

Requirements

• Fluency in Urdu, Hindi, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Arabic, or other languages as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet applicable background-check requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is preferred; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
• Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Help ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate with clients in their preferred language.
