Requirements

Experienced, compassionate, patient, and dependable
Professional and confident working independently
Strong communicators who understand the importance of client and family relationships
Committed to providing respectful, consistent, high-quality care
Passionate about helping seniors and veterans maintain their independence and quality of life
Reliable transportation is required
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings

Nice To Haves

Experience with gait belts and Hoyer lifts is a plus

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care needs
Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Transporting clients to appointments and errands
Monitoring client safety, condition, and overall well-being
Supporting client independence and maintaining established daily routines
Building professional relationships with clients and their families
Using your experience and knowledge to provide dependable, consistent care
