About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join their team. This role involves providing in-home support to seniors and vulnerable adults, enabling them to live safely and independently in their homes. The company serves clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Right at Home is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of clients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

Successfully pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and valid ID.
Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
Ongoing training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Providing medication reminders.
Assisting with mobility and transportation.
Safety supervision and peace of mind.
Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using a mobile app.
Communicating effectively with the office team.
