About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support clients throughout McAllen, Texas. Caregivers provide non-medical assistance and personalized support so clients can remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role includes one-on-one caregiving assignments and offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Pay starts at $9.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Have dependable transportation to client locations.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care.
• Help with mobility and safe transfers.
• Run errands and assist with appointments.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
