About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to support clients throughout McAllen, Texas. Caregivers provide non-medical assistance and personalized support, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible shifts, and starting pay of $9.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Have a compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
• Have dependable transportation to client locations.
• Hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or CNA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care.

• Observe and report changes in client condition.
