Requirements

Genuine care for others.
CPR certification.
First Aid certification.
Flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.

Nice To Haves

Current Med Tech certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Bathe residents and assist them with activities of daily living.
Monitor equipment and supply stock levels to ensure items are maintained on premises to meet residents’ needs.
Recommend changes in techniques or procedures to support cost-effective and efficient operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or administration.
Work as a team player and function independently as needed.
Help maintain and enhance a positive physical, emotional, and psychosocial environment for residents, visitors, and personnel.
Relate to and work with residents who are ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally unstable, or volatile.
