About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring dependable and caring Part-Time Caregivers in Philadelphia to provide meaningful, one-on-one support to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes. Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments
- Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and daily activities
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping when needed
- Encourage independence and maintain clients’ dignity
- Communicate client needs and changes to the office team
Benefits
- $15–$18 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and case type
