Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate Caregiver with a passion for serving others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required. We provide paid training for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Support clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift times
