About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to join our care team. Only candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience will be considered. If you are dependable, experienced, and passionate about providing quality care, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
- Hands-on experience providing personal care is required
- Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Compassionate and patient with clients
- Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance
- Assist clients with ADLs and maintain their comfort and dignity
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
- Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
