About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver to provide in-home support that helps clients maintain independence. No healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow skills are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours, and client matching based on preferences and comfort level. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, depending on shift. Scheduling support is available 24/7.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support.
• Help clients with meals, errands, and daily tasks.
