About The Position

New Horizons is hiring a Caregiver to provide in-home support and companionship. No healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and mentorship are provided. Caregivers are matched with clients based on preferences and comfort level and can choose a flexible schedule, including full-time or variable hours. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, based on shift. Daily pay is available, and the role includes medical health benefits and a $500 annual education credit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy helping others and be interested in meaningful, flexible work.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).

Responsibilities
