About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents to support their independence and quality of life. The role also includes assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. Caregivers work in a senior living community focused on providing excellent, compassionate service in a warm, home-like environment that fosters residents’ independence, happiness, privacy, and dignity. Full training is provided, and Encore is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent is preferred.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Flexible, energetic, and personable, with the ability to project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
