About The Position
ComForCare is hiring a part-time Caregiver to help clients maintain their independence and remain in their own homes. Caregivers support clients with daily activities and personal care, mobility and transfers, range-of-motion exercises, meal planning and preparation, feeding, household needs, companionship, and respite for family members. The role emphasizes respectful, ongoing training, support while working in the field, and thoughtful matching with compatible clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Reliable transportation.
- Two years of previous experience as a caregiver in homes or a senior community.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification.
- Vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities so clients can remain independent in their homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for families.
