Caregiver Part Time - Urgent Hiring
About The Position
ComForCare is hiring a part-time Caregiver to help clients remain independent and live in their own homes. Caregivers assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility and transfers, range-of-motion exercises, meal planning and preparation, feeding, and household needs. The role also provides companionship and respite services for families. ComForCare states that caregivers are treated with respect and dignity, receive regular ongoing training, have support available while in the field, and are thoughtfully matched with compatible clients. Requirements
- A passion for serving and helping others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Two years of previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or a senior community.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification is preferred but not required.
- Vaccination is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
