About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking caregivers to work around Franklin County, Pennsylvania, helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home. The company emphasizes empathy, integrity, and dedication, and offers flexible, consistent scheduling. Caregivers may build steady hours, often supporting one or two consistent clients. Available schedules include flexible shifts, full-time or part-time hours, shifts of 2, 8, or 10+ hours, weekdays and weekends, and potential live-in work with a separate pay range. The posted pay is $17.00–$17.50 per hour, based on experience and shift. Additional compensation includes a $5 gas supplement for each shift, a $0.50-per-hour attendance incentive, mileage reimbursement at the national rate when transporting a client, yearly pay increases, and time-and-a-half pay for holidays. Paid virtual or in-person training and 24/7 emergency support staff are also provided. Part-time caregivers may have the opportunity to take on more hours if they choose.

Requirements

At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification.
