About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical care to seniors in San Benito, Los Fresnos, and nearby communities. Caregivers help seniors remain healthy, happy, and independent in their homes while supporting their dignity, privacy, and independence. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with flexible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts. Pay is $9–$12 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with pay-on-demand options available. Requirements
- At least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Caring, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
- Previous experience with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
- Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice care, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving.
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help clients with walking, mobility, repositioning, and transfers.
- Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care.
- Prepare meals and help clients with eating.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
- Help clients with errands, transportation, and appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Support each client's dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and office staff.
