About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in Dallas. This is an urgent hiring need with positions available for both part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling options including day and night shifts. Requirements
- Clean criminal background check.
- Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
- Reliable transportation with insurance.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements, e.g., 2 forms of ID like Driver's License/Identification/passport/Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card).
- CPR + First Aid certification.
- TB test or chest X-ray required.
Nice To Haves
- Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months.
- CNA License.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Offer transportation services and run basic errands such as pharmacy and grocery shopping.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and toiletry needs.
- Offer companionship to seniors, engaging them in activities like attending senior centers or church, playing games, reading, watching movies, and taking walks.
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client conditions via an online portal.
- Notify the Care Coordinator of any major changes or incidents during the shift.
