About The Position
We Care for Elders and More LLC is seeking reliable, compassionate, and flexible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our PRN/On-Call team in Florence, SC. This position is ideal for caregivers looking for extra hours, supplemental income, or a flexible schedule. PRN caregivers are contacted to fill open shifts, call-offs, vacations, and increased client needs. Our staff provide the best home health care services and cater to the specific needs of each client. We bring high quality care right to your loved one's front door so that they can stay at home, in an environment that is comfortable and familiar to them.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification (if applying as a CNA) or previous caregiving experience for PCA positions
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to accept shifts on short notice when available
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Report changes in client condition to the office
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
