About The Position

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide non-medical home care throughout Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Caregivers support adults in maintaining their quality of life, dignity, and independence through services such as companion care, home services, personal care, and respite care. The role offers flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Pay is $16–$19 per hour, based on experience, shift, and case complexity. Caregivers can participate in client matching and choose cases, with an emphasis on client compatibility and consistent scheduling. Requirements

Positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, or reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass background checks.
Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
