About The Position

Cheer Home Care is seeking passionate caregivers to join their North County team. This role involves providing essential non-medical home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include offering companionship, personal care, assisting with daily activities, light exercise, outings, and transportation. The goal is to help clients maintain their independence and dignity at home.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access for communication and scheduling.
• Ability to drive clients in your own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing warm companionship and engaging conversations.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Helping clients stay mobile and active through light exercise and outings.
• Offering transportation to appointments and community events.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
