Home Helpers Homecare of Gwinnett is growing its team and is seeking experienced, compassionate, Spanish-speaking caregivers to provide dependable in-home care to seniors and families in the McDonough, GA area. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others and enjoys making a positive impact on people's lives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
• Spanish-speaking
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ability to provide companionship and emotional support
• Experience with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Ability to assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance, when required
• Willingness to complete required background and employment screenings
• Professional references required
• Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care

Responsibilities
