About The Position

At Home Helpers Home Care, our caregivers provide more than assistance—they provide companionship, comfort, independence, and peace of mind to seniors and families throughout the Sarasota area. Whether you're an experienced caregiver, CNA, or HHA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while working with a supportive team that values the care you provide every day.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Access to email and a smartphone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
• Must complete all required employment screenings and onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing and toileting
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Following individualized care plans
• Promoting client comfort, safety, and independence
• Communicating professionally with families and team members
• Other duties as assigned
