About The Position
At Home Helpers Home Care, we are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and individuals who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Access to email and a smartphone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
- Willingness to complete all required employment screenings and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Following individualized care plans
- Helping clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence
- Communicating professionally with families and team members
- Aiding with activities of daily living
- Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
- Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
- Other duties as assigned
