About The Position
Right at Home Spokane is a family-owned, award-winning in-home care agency looking for caring and dependable Caregivers to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time Caregiver positions for people who enjoy helping others and making a real difference every day. As a Caregiver at Right at Home Spokane, you help people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes. We support our Caregivers with flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and written competency evaluation
- Honest, reliable, and compassionate Caregiver with a desire to help others
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required (we provide paid training)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and support in clients’ homes
- Work flexible shifts based on client needs
