About The Position
We are currently seeking caregivers with experience in Macomb and Oakland Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience working in all areas of caregiving including but not limited to using a hoyer lift.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with a hoyer lift and spinal cord injured clients
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including days, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Macomb County
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility using a hoyer lift
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
