About The Position
Right at Home Post Falls, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions in Post Falls, Idaho, and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable Caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality in-home care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Support clients in their homes while maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence
- Work flexible shifts based on client needs and Caregiver availability
