Join Our Team of Caregivers + Weekly Pay (CNA/HCA Required)
About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one, in-home care for aging adults in Downtown Seattle and surrounding communities. The role includes supporting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Daytime and shorter shifts of 4–6 hours are especially sought, and candidates with weekend availability are strongly preferred. Morning, daytime, and weekend shifts are available. Full-time and part-time positions are offered. Pay is listed as $22–$26 per hour, with $26 per hour for short four-hour shifts; another section gives starting pay as $22–$24 per hour. Weekly pay is available, with optional daily pay through PayActiv. Caregivers must hold an active CNA or HCA license and meet the listed experience, certification, age, driving, and other eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Active CNA or HCA license.
- CPR certification.
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to drive clients and have a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Availability for daytime shifts is especially sought.
- Availability for shorter shifts of 4–6 hours is especially sought.
- Weekend shift availability is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop.
- Provide social and emotional support through companionship and activities such as games and puzzles.
