The ideal caregiver is dependable, caring, patient, and comfortable assisting with daily routines, errands, and appointments. Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation is required
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable transporting a client to errands and medical appointments
• Must complete a background check
• Must complete a drug screening
• Must complete required orientation and training
• Must participate in a meet-and-greet with the client/family before beginning care
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with supervision and daily routines
• Provide transportation and assistance with errands
• Assist with grocery shopping
• Provide transportation and assistance for medical appointments
• Provide meal reminders and encouragement
• Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment
