About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes in Brookfield, West Brookfield, North Brookfield, Leicester, and Spencer, Massachusetts. No experience is required; candidates without experience can receive free training and certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA). The posting says applicants can start this week. The role offers daily pay and flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and block shifts. Eligible employees may receive accrued PTO, medical insurance when working 30 or more hours per week, a 401(k) with company match, AFLAC, and exclusive discounts. Requirements
- Be compassionate, respectful, and dependable.
- Be able to communicate in English at a conversational level.
- Have reliable transportation to client locations in Brookfield, West Brookfield, North Brookfield, Leicester, and Spencer.
- Be willing to follow health and safety standards.
- A driver's license is preferred but not required.
- No experience is required; free HHA training and certification are offered to candidates without experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with meals, errands, and medication reminders.
- Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Support activities of daily living and perform light housekeeping.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
