About The Position
Senior Helpers of Memphis is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in the Lakeland/Arlington area. The role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional, individualized care and build meaningful connections with clients to support their quality of life. Caregivers’ areas of expertise will be matched to the seniors they serve. Applicants with experience in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare are welcome. CNA, PCA, and HHA applicants are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- A caring and compassionate disposition and enjoyment of helping others.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
- CNA, PCA, or HHA background.
Responsibilities
- Assist with assigned activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
