About The Position

Senior Helpers of Memphis is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in the Lakeland/Arlington area. Caregivers help clients with daily activities, companionship, emotional support, and household tasks, with assignments suited to their area of expertise. Requirements

• Caring and compassionate, with an interest in helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA credentials, or caregiver experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
