About The Position

We are seeking dependable caregivers who have open or flexible availability, and/or overnight availability, and availability to work at least one weekend shift per week. Schedules may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on client needs and caregiver compatibility. You’ll support seniors throughout the Columbia area, building meaningful relationships while helping them remain safe and independent at home. Many of the clients we serve are living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. They need more than someone who can complete a task list. They need a caregiver who is calm, patient, observant, and confident—someone who can provide comfort and stability while adapting to changing needs. Overnight caregivers may help clients maintain a safe nighttime routine, provide reassurance and redirection, assist with personal care or restroom needs, and respond calmly when a client wakes or becomes confused. If memory care is where you do your best work and you’re ready to provide dependable care when clients need it most, you’ll find purpose here.
