About The Position

We are growing in Columbia and looking for dependable, compassionate Care Professionals with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday-Friday and open weekend availability. This isn't a role where we want someone to simply show up and complete a checklist. We're looking for Care Pros who can build a relationship, protect someone's safety, and help older adults continue living a life that feels like their own. We have growing client hours throughout Columbia, creating opportunities to support additional clients as our care needs grow. At BHC3, care is personal. Not transactional. We are looking for Care Pros who learn who their clients are, respect their routines and preferences, and understand that how care is delivered matters just as much as what gets done.

Requirements

• Comfortable with cats and dogs
• Willing and able to transport clients
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Comfortable supporting mobility and fall-prevention needs
• Comfortable working with clients experiencing memory changes
• Dependable, communicative, and committed to scheduled shifts
• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM availability Monday-Friday
• Open weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Incontinence care
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
