About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring Caregivers to support clients in the Sedgwick, Kansas area and help them remain in their homes. Caregivers provide light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and friendly companionship. Flexible scheduling is available for part-time or full-time work. The role offers $17 per hour for full-time work, paid weekly, along with paid training and other benefits.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have at least six months of related PCA experience; personal or professional experience qualifies.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Pass a drug test.
• Pass a background check.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
• Provide bathing and personal care.
• Perform basic household chores, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Do laundry.
• Provide companionship.
• Run errands.
