About The Position

Aegis Living Mercer Island is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide quality care to elderly residents. The position is scheduled for the AM shift, Monday through Friday. Caregivers assist residents with daily activities and help maintain a safe, clean home environment. Candidates may be new to healthcare and willing to learn, or may hold an active CNA or HCA license.

Requirements

• Love helping others and improving their quality of life.
• Thrive when working with others and building relationships with co-workers and seniors.
• Be able to maintain residents’ privacy.
• Be willing to learn and receive education, or have an active CNA or HCA license.
• Be willing to take a two-step TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
• Assist residents with walking to and from meals and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment in residents’ homes.
