About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Worthington, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is suitable for experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and homemakers, as well as people new to caregiving. Qualified applicants without HHA or CNA certification may receive free training. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes while providing companionship, dignity, and support to clients and their families. The employer offers flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities, including 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight shifts, and weekday and weekend opportunities. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Qualified new caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
- Caregiving experience is welcome but not required; free training is available to qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and grocery shopping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
