About The Position
We're hiring caregivers! Full-time, part-time, or whatever fits your life — we build schedules around real people, not the other way around. We offer daily pay through Tapcheck. We pay for all travel time between clients, and training time as well. This is steady, dependable work: We have a multitude of different shifts available to start immediately as we operate 24 hours a day. Our shifts range from 4-12 hours. Guaranteed to build the schedule that works with you. Help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.
Requirements
- At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- California Home Care Aide registration(HCA number), or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
- Current TB clearance
Responsibilities
- Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Assist clients with daily living activities
