About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with Home Health Aide (HHA) experience to join our team. As a caregiver, you will aid and support to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities, helping them maintain a high quality of life and independence. Your responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as an HHA, CNA, personal assistant, or caregiver in a home care or healthcare setting.
First Aid and CPR certifications.
Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
Additional healthcare certifications or training.
IDPH Fingerprinted

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medications and assist with medication reminders.
Prepare nutritious meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
Document and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients.
