About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a 5-Star Caregiver to provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes. Candidates will have flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available. Guardian Angel Senior Services of Leominster, MA is now hiring in-home Caregivers. FREE HHA CERTIFICATION and TRAINING AVAILABLE.

Requirements

Must have valid Driver's license.
Have Own Vehicle
Willing to travel 15 to 20 minutes
Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough: Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
Observant: Aware of a client's unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client's overall health and well-being.
Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
Follow-Through: Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.
