About The Position

HomeWell Care Services is hiring caregivers in Broward County to provide one-on-one support to seniors and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Multiple shifts are available immediately, and the posting encourages applicants to start right away.

Caregivers provide companionship and assistance with daily activities, including light cooking and cleaning, bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments and errands. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA license/certificate.
• At least 1 month of experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill clients.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to seniors.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
